Who is Train With Care?

Train with Care is an Award-winning service and recognised as an Endorsed Provider by Skills for Care. Skills for Care Endorsement is the bespoke quality mark that is given to the best learning and development providers within the adult social care sector.

Train with Care provide specialist, bespoke clinical training for care staff or personal assistants, who are caring for adults, children, and young people with complex health needs. These clients may have a personal health budget or direct payments and employ their own care team or are cared for in a residential care or nursing home or the care staff are working with a domiciliary care agency.

Train with Care offers classroom training near or at the client’s location, supervised hands-on training and skill-lab training.

The overall outcome of Train with Care will be that care staff will be trained to a level of competence with sign off to carry out all clinical and delegated tasks enabling them to safely care for their clients.

The training and assessment methods comply with the recommendations of NHS England.

Train with Care provide the training with all Covid precautions, ensuring social distancing and strict infection control measures.

Who are we:

• We are covered by the relevant Professional Indemnity Liability Insurance.
• We have up to date professional qualifications and appropriately qualified to deliver training.
• We have an up-to-date enhanced DBS check and active NMC pin to sign off competencies.
