The high quality and responsive training Corine delivers has had a massive impact on the quality of care that the carers are able to deliver to the children we commission for. It means that care packages are not delayed and can start quickly after funding arrangements have been agreed.

When care needs change e.g. a new clinical task is required for a child, Corine will ensure that this new training and sign off is completed quickly so that the care package is safe and families are not shouldering too much of the care themselves whilst waiting. Corine always shows a deep empathy and compassion for the families.

Corine is exceptional, calm, very knowledgeable, straight forward with training contents , not just reading slides. Very explicit and made it clear for understanding. Why would you recommend this organisation to other care providers?

Corine goes out of her way to accommodate the training needs of PA’s within the time frame requested and to be available asap in urgent situations. The training is excellent and the feedback very positive. Corine will accommodate unusual requests and always offers a solution for our training needs. Communication is excellent, prompt and always polite and positive.

Recently a parent of two disabled children said that she had become extremely emotional after the training as it meant that her own mother, who will be employed, now feels confident for the very first time to fully care for her grandchildren which involves tracheostomy care etc.

Corine trained a large team of PA’s in this case and the benefit it has had on the whole family is huge. The feedback from all has been very positive both from the inexperienced PA to those who have worked in the field of complex care for many years. Corine seems to tailor the training very well for all PA levels of knowledge, which is not an easy task but I receive positive feedback from all.

Our clinicians have always raved about how insightful and fun the training is. One lady was on shift when a resident, who has and eating disorder, attempted to eat rubbish items that got lodged in his throat. He started to choke. Our clinician was able to respond quickly and start helping him to dislodge the item. Though she described the moment as scary, she said how proud and confident she was to use the skills she had been taught in training.
The team are knowledgeable and always willing to help. They pass great feedback on the team. All our clinicians have enjoyed their time with Corine and the team learning the skill required to help in the best quality care for our clients and families. It is a well-run organisation that myself and the team enjoy seeing in the office.

I feel I have really benefitted from our conversations and the paperwork you generate feeds into my CPD and revalidation very effectively.
The forum is very supportive and feels safe and confidential to be honest and open and discuss both positive and less positive issues from practice.

I, and each of my carers all say Corine is head and shoulders above the trainers I have had before. She makes each and every session interesting, no boring sessions here, ever. She is very caring and knowledgeable of every carer’s needs, the ones that are confident and the ones are not so, Corine also has the ability to treat each one as an individual. She is very punctual, very professional in every way... One-word sums Corine up, "Outstanding".

All part of the 3-day training was excellent. The presentations and the demonstrations were very good and the trainer was excellent. I would recommend this type of training to anyone!

I felt able to ask any questions, however small, if I didn’t understand something. The material was easy to follow & relevant topics were all covered.

Working to support people who are dying is one of the greatest privileges we can offer. Even when we do our best sometimes it takes its toll, leaving us with anxieties or questions about the death and our support to those important to the dying.

Perfectly paced training. Very easy to understand and very good resources. We were able to try practical skills with dummies. Everything taught was explained clearly and I was not felt that I could not ask questions. I feel so much more confident now that I could manage and assist with equipment and emergency situations. What a lovely, calm approachable lady Corine is. Thank you so much.

After being on this training course I now feel a lot more confident with what I am doing as it was explained very well. Using a variety of teaching methods which suited everyone in the training. I had also never seen a single trainer provider using so much of their own equipment to enable practicals and using the actual equipment so that the training was a realistic as possible.
